Cancellations & no-shows
Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment, or not being present at the scheduled time, results in the full groom fee.
Rescheduling
Please give at least 48 hours notice to reschedule an appointment.
Studio drop-off & pickup
The studio is a separate building, so activity at the front door isn't visible from inside. Call or text upon arrival for both drop-off and pickup.
Winter hours
Mobile grooming pauses during January and February. All appointments during those months are studio-only.
New client form
New clients receive a form to review and sign before their first appointment.
Mobile arrival window
The trailer typically arrives within a half-hour window around your scheduled appointment time.
